This page is to provide you with information and will hopefully answer many of your questions about St James'.  You can also download a copy of the prospectus but if there is anything else you need to know please contact the office.  We will keep you updated about special events and changes to school routines by sending letters and newsletters home.

As your child will be starting in one of our Reception classes in September, we want to make sure that he or she settles quickly in their new learning environment and that they enjoy learning with us.

St. James’ is a Church of England, Voluntary Aided School, housed over three separate sites.  Currently, we have 457 pupils with two classes in each year group. Our recently opened Foundation Stage Unit provides Free Early Education for two, three and four-year-olds.

We hope this information will be helpful to you and that you and your child will enjoy their years at St James' Primary School.

You are very welcome to visit our school.  Please telephone 01254 698335 or visit the main office to make an appointment.
