School Cook Jill has recently visited a school in Burnley to share ideas on how to create some new dishes for our lunch menu.
At St James' all the school meals are meat free; either vegetarian or fish dishes. On Monday Jill made a delicious lentil dhal with naan bread for the children to try. It was enjoyed by the children and staff. If you have a favourite recipe that you would like Jill to share with all the children please let your school council rep or Mrs Roscoe know.
